National "Gesond iessen, méi beweegen" Day

At the end of November, Caritas Buttek joined the national "Gesond iessen, méi beweegen" day and carried out a series of actions: distribution of fresh fruit and healthy cakes, promotion of the importance of a healthy and balanced diet through discussions on "healthy eating" and the distribution of flyers, the realization of a "quiz" on fruit and vegetables with the children, the distribution of reusable bags for fruit and vegetables and of cutting boards.
