Vaccination campaign at the Wanteraktioun

The vaccination campaign at Wanteraktioun, which took place on 1 and 2 June, was a great success. Many homeless people were able to be vaccinated.

Caritas Luxembourg, which manages the Wanteraktioun night shelter, while the day shelter is managed by the Luxembourg Red Cross and the coordination by Inter-Actions, is delighted with this success.

Already in February, Caritas Luxembourg had asked in a position paper that homeless people should not be forgotten in the vaccination campaign. The precarious conditions in which they live make them particularly vulnerable.
