Complaint for misappropriation of funds

Caritas Luxembourg confirms that it filed a complaint for misappropriation of funds on 16 July. The amount is estimated at 60 million euros. The organisation will cooperate fully with the judicial authorities throughout the investigation in order to quickly clarify the situation. This will be done in compliance with the confidential nature of the investigation.

Despite this situation, Caritas Luxembourg continues to fully devote itself to its mission of supporting the most disadvantaged.
