Donations made to the Fondation Caritas Luxembourg are deductible from taxable income within the limits of articles 109 and 112 of the law on income tax (L.I.R.). In order to benefit from the tax deduction, the cumulative amount of donations made to different organisations during the year must be at least 120 euros, and must not exceed 20% of total income or 1,000,000 euros.
