Located in Wiltz, the Centre Oasis is open to everyone regardless of their nationality, culture, age, gender or religion. More than 70 nationalities are represented.
The Centre Oasis works to ensure that everyone is progressively integrated in order to strengthen social cohesion. To do this, a wide range of sociocultural and educational activities are offered.
Women are favoured partners of the Centre Oasis because of their potential to act as a driving force in the process to develop integration and social cohesion. The diverse multicultural activities assigned to them make it possible to instil values that underpin these processes.
Children and young people are another favoured group at the Centre Oasis. As well as being offered help with their homework every Tuesday and Thursday afternoon, they can benefit from creative and leisure activities at the end of the school day and during the school holidays. An eco-citizenship education workshop is also available.
The Centre Oasis receives financial support from the Integration Department of the Ministry of Family Affairs, Integration and the Greater Region.
