Launch of the "TogetherWe" campaign

Caritas Luxembourg joins Caritas Internationalis and national Caritas around the world in launching the integral ecology campaign "TogetherWe" on 13 December. The campaign is an opportunity to join our efforts to care for our "common house" and the poor as a human family.

The degradation of our common house by the current global pandemic is having a huge impact on all of us and in particular on those who are already facing difficulties, marginalisation and multiple forms of vulnerability. 

With this campaign, we are all called to form communities of care to act on the urgent need to restore, protect and renew our common house for the benefit of all, especially the poorest and most vulnerable in society, with the vision of ensuring that human dignity is respected everywhere. 

This is an unequivocal question of social justice, for the current crisis is not only affecting livelihoods and human rights, but also the dignity of the human person.
