Cleaning team

This project for social inclusion through work, run in partnership with the Office National d'Inclusion Sociale (ONIS), enables people who have been excluded from the first labour market for various reasons not only to have an occupation and thus combat boredom and isolation, but also to relearn how to live in a group, acquire new skills and feel valued through work.

The members of the cleaning team are responsible for maintaining the various Caritas Luxembourg aid structures. They are supervised by professional supervisors who pass on their know-how. At the same time, they receive psycho-social support to stabilise their situation.
