Excursion to Amnéville Zoo for Ukrainian refugees

Polar bears, wolves, giraffes, elephants, snakes, ... a nice meal together, then a fantastic magic show ... and at the end, at nightfall, a fabulous light and sound tour! This is what was on the menu of a beautiful excursion to the Amnéville Zoo offered by the Amicale POST Luxembourg and its donors to Ukrainian refugees sheltered by Caritas Luxembourg. 181 refugees, including 97 adults and 84 children, were able to take advantage of this great offer. All of them had a wonderful time, despite the freezing temperatures.

Caritas Luxembourg would like to thank Amicale POST Luxembourg and its volunteers for this wonderful moment of relaxation and the beautiful gift of a cuddly toy and chocolates that the children received at the end. A big thank you also to Demy Schandeler who kindly offered the bus transport to Amnéville.
